Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager/General Manager (GM) to join our award-winning team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our full-service restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage staff including front and back of house personnel.
Manage budgets, track expenses, analyze sales data, and ensure profitability.
Ensure high standards of customer service.
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Develop and execute sales building through ensuring superior service, sparkling clean facilities and excellent food and beverage.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in full-service restaurants, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
