Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience $55k to 75K

Schedule: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and driven Restaurant Managers to lead operations in both full-service dining and fast-food environments. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, committed to operational excellence, and capable of managing high-volume service while maintaining outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Hire, train, and supervise staff

Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards

Monitor financial performance: sales, labor, and food cost control

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

Implement company policies and procedures effectively

Qualifications:

Previous management experience in a restaurant setting (full-service or fast-food)

Strong leadership and team development skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of restaurant financials (P&L, budgets, etc.)

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
