Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of factors that drive customer decision-making.

Onboard new customers and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with both existing and new clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by coordinating with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Understand external factors affecting the customer’s supply chain, including their service needs, urgency, and business drivers.

Align with customer expectations from the outset and proactively provide solutions-oriented responses.

Take full ownership of customer satisfaction across the full Maersk product offering for assigned customers.

Promote digital adoption by leading discussions with customers around digital tools and platforms.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Maersk’s Logistics and Services products.

Conduct regular performance reviews with customers to ensure service alignment and satisfaction.

Manage vendors and plan shipment order consolidation – note: this role does not involve physical cargo handling.

Proactively monitor shipments and inform customers of any deviations from the transport plan, offering alternatives or solutions where necessary.

Display a strong customer-first mindset, going the extra mile to deliver practical and timely solutions.

Continuously seek and act on improvement opportunities, collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
