Senior Solution Program Manager

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for the delivery of programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish. The Sr Solution Program Manager guides teams through project execution process to realize strategic objectives of the franchises they support. Use professional project management concepts and frameworks in accordance with company objectives to solve problems in a creative and effective way. This position will directly support projects in our remote facilities: Australia, Malaysia, China, Dubai, and India.

Responsibilities

Responsible for program management, and on time delivery of strategic Franchise priorities.

Build and maintain overall detailed project plan, Gantt chart, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams.

Maintain and update project schedule and dependencies integrated with Agile teams, and Solutions PI Plans.

Lead project-related activities of project team members, providing guidance on conformance to established computer systems validation procedures.

Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure program success

Assist Business Process Owners and core teams in problem solving and scenario analysis to assess impact of change requests

Provide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during PI planning and assess impact of PI Planning output to overall plan, if applicable.

Adhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards and corporate policies.

Manage all DQA, Validation, and Change Management processes

Vendor Management

Project Budget Management

Assist with application management of the Manufacturing execution system

Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs demand.

Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills and Competencies

SDLC and Infrastructure Project Management experience

Agile/SAFe certification and transformation experience preferred

Project management certification preferred

Some experience leading development, testing, and launch of hardware, software, and cloud systems

Basic knowledge of computer systems validation and QMS compliance

Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment

Proficient in the following computer software applications: MS 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Project, Outlook, Teams), Miro, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Timeline Pro

Have working knowledge of MES systems

Helpful to have working knowledge or familiarity with:

- Agile applications (Jira & Confluence)

- CRM Environments (SalesForce, Marketing Cloud)

- ERP system (SAP)

- Integration (Mulesoft)

- PLM & QMS applications (Arena)

- PPM tools (Clarity)

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in related field

At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in a program management role

• Travel is estimated at 10% but will flex depending on business need.
