About the Team

ROCKWOOL Digital is our IT division, delivering innovative solutions to our global workforce.

Your Responsibilities

Develop, support, and optimise labelling solutions for the business

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions

Stay up to date with market trends in product labelling

Work with Teklynx Enterprise, Sentinel, and industrial hardware (LogoPak, Zebra, SATO)

Maintain solution integrity and up-to-date documentation

Service daily operational requirements and uphold service agreements

Install PC hardware on site; participate in a 24/7 on-call rota with the team

Your Background

Experience with industrial IT and labelling solutions

Familiarity with Microsoft networks and client installations

Basic knowledge of industrial printers

Willingness to travel (20–80 days per year)

Experience with Teklynx solutions (an advantage)

Strong English communication skills

Comfortable working with international and remote teams
