About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to help onboard and manage client accounts across the U.S. This is a highly client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, answering questions, and supporting clients throughout their journey with Industry FinTech.You’ll be the main point of contact for a group of clients, helping them stay organized, informed, and supported every step of the way.This is an ideal role for someone who is tech-savvy, personable, and great at follow-up — similar to a traditional account manager, with a light operational twist.
What You’ll Do
Onboard new clients and act as their main point of contact
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure their needs are met
Respond to client questions and requests (mostly via email)
Upload documents and manage information in client portals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time
Track tasks, follow up consistently, and keep everything organized
Provide light reporting and updates to your team
What We’re Looking For
Fluent English — both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication
Friendly, proactive, and highly organized
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning client-facing platforms
Experience with CRMs or project/task management tools is a plus
Previous experience in client success, account management, or customer support
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and communication habits
Confident working directly with clients and managing multiple accounts at once
Comfortable working remotely with U.S.-based teams
