Role - Student Assistant - People and Culture Partnering
Location - Gentofte HQ
Hours - 15-20 per week

We are currently looking for a talented and organized student assistant to join our People & Culture Partnering & Service Delivery team in Group HR, Gentofte, Copenhagen.
This is a great opportunity for someone to pursue a career in People & Culture or HR. You will be exposed to a wide variety of organizational development and leadership topics, gain insight into leadership & talent development programs as well as the processes that support these, all in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Your responsibilities:
Your role will be fast-paced and requires organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to learn about people development practices and strategies in a global context.
Manage and respond to administrative HR inquiries, covering areas such as benefits, contracts, pensions and other HR operations.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding process.
Coordinate and organize ad hoc training, workshops, events, supporting the health and engagement of our employees.
Employee documentation and record keeping
Assist with HR project
Supporting local P&C Business Partners with ad hoc administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
You are currently in the last year of your bachelor’s degree, or in the first year of your master’s in a related subject to the role or other relevant education
You can speak both Danish and English to a fluent level.
You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
You have an eye for detail and quality, ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks and that training material is correctly prepared, as well as proofreading documents and ensuring all communication reflects professionalism.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with colleagues and employees.
You can craft and develop engaging and informative presentations.
You have a strong ability to collaborate with teams and build positive relationships.
You can collect, analyze, and report on data, and you are comfortable with data analysis.
You are tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software or tools and working in SharePoint.
You have great time management skills, managing deadlines while juggling other ad hoc tasks.
You take the initiative and are great at driving projects forward with various stakeholders involved.
You know how to work effectively in different Microsoft applications such as SharePoint and Teams, but also Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
The role is a learning opportunity, and while some experience is a plus, passion for HR operation and willingness to grow are key.
We expect you to work between 15-20 hours/week, but we are of course flexible around exams. You should be fluent in Danish and have a strong level of English, both written and spoken. You will be working at our head office in Gentofte and report to our Local Senior People & Culture Business Partner.
