Hours:

Second Shift: Monday - Thursday 1pm - 11pm (60-day training done on 1st shift from 3am - 1pm)

Some mandatory OT on Fridays at supervisor discretion

Wage:

Wages Range from $19- $21+/hour based on previous lamination & manufacturing experience.

$1 Shift Premium for 2nd Shift

Position Summary:

The Laminator Operator is responsible for the correct set up and operation of solvent-less laminator. The operator is one that works independently and as part of a team, effectively communicates, gets along with others, has a positive attitude, and is well organized. 10-hour shifts are standard but are subject to change based on company need.

Primary Duties:

Set up and operate laminator according to spec sheet.

Consistently run high quality products efficiently.

Anticipate potential problems through observation and attention to detail.

Assist others in resolving issues (people, system, maintenance)

Ensure safe and proper assembly of machine. Perform minor maintenance.

Perform Quality tests and enter data on form.

Train employees when needed.

Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

One year previous machine operating experience

Experience reading and recording measurement

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
