Marketing Manager – Standard Complex
Location: Columbus, OH Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager, One Hospitality
Overview: The Standard Complex is a growing hub of nightlife, entertainment, and elevated experiences in the heart of the city. We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead both the digital strategy and dynamic event calendar for this multi-concept space.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Paid Advertising:
Manage content creation, scheduling, and community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Launch targeted paid ad campaigns to amplify event reach and brand awareness
Foster a distinct and recognizable tone of voice for Standard
Digital Marketing & Maintenance:
Oversee website content updates, pop-up/event pages, and ongoing SEO performance
Launch and monitor email and text campaigns to targeted lists
Maintain accuracy across Google Business, Yelp, OpenTable, and third-party platforms
Event & Community Marketing:
Drive traffic and awareness through weekly events, seasonal activations, and nightlife promotions
Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and local brands to host collaborative events and pop-ups
Develop creative campaigns to elevate Standard’s presence within the Columbus scene
Collaborate with internal teams to activate weekly specials, influencer partnerships, and on-site marketing materials
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in event-focused marketing or hospitality marketing
Strong visual and written storytelling skills
Deep understanding of Columbus’s social scene and target audience
Proven ability to build hype and drive turnout for one-off events
