PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client, a top financial organization in the US to source and hire Client Service Representatives to work in their Rio Rancho, NM call center.
In this DIRECT HIRE role, you’ll help clients achieve their financial goals by identifying their needs and recommending tailored banking products and solutions. You’ll engage in both service and sales, acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Rep. Responsibilities:
Build and deepen client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending solutions.
Fulfill banking products including checking/savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
Respond to client inquiries and concerns with customized solutions.
Refer clients to licensed sales partners as needed.
Quote rates, terms, and available programs.
Customer Service Rep. Qualifications:
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in computer systems and open to learning new technologies.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Prior banking, call center, or telephone sales experience preferred.
