Position overview:
Our future APQP Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring that PPAP and Customer requirements are well established in Lear TAC Wire harness facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare PPAP documentation related to Engineering changes, new phases or Model Years (MYs)
Ensure that Customer specifications are met and understood
Lead the reviews and updates of Control plan
Ensure preparation and participation in the STA on site reviews
Participate in the development of the PFMEA document and ensure its link with control plan using matching software (APIS software)
Participate in the establishment of the Special characteristic’s agreement and PV Plan.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Preferably Bac+5 with experience within the automotive wiring Industry
Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards),
Knowledge of AIAG core Tools (PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan)
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
