We are looking for a
Group Claim Management Analyst
who will support the successful implementation of claim management processes related to investment projects and Coordinate the claim management planning and implementation, participate and analyse relevant claim management processes, settlements, legal reviews, and investigations following company policies and industry regulations related to Group Strategic Capital Projects, and supports the work of Group Claim Management Manager.
The main responsibilities:
Ensuring and providing data for the claim management related reports related to relevant Group Strategic Capital Projects, regularly reviewing the processes and adapting them to the business needs.
Managing the coordination of the claim management plans of the Group Strategic Capital Projects and the control of their execution.
Supporting the work of Group Claim Management Manager and Experts and project team members with relevant data and reports/analyses. Preparing reports according to the Group Claim Management Manager’s instructions.
Supporting development strategies to preventing and minimizing claims, ensuring prompt resolution to avoid project delays and overspendings.
Assisting in the development and continuous development of claim management systems with independent proactive analyzes and suggestions.
Performing other tasks related to his area according to professional best practice according to management instructions.
Assisting training and guidance to project teams including supervision on claims prevention and effective management strategies.
Monitoring compliance with supplier agreements by requesting supplier reports.
Requirements:
University degree (Bachelor’s degree/Master degree)
5 yrs professional experience
Experience with project and claim management, strategic projects and procurement experience in Oil & Gas industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Mathematical insight
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced English knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
SAP knowledge
Strong implementation skills, creative problem solving skills, analytical skills
