Project Manager
(for Upstream related projects)
based in Algyő.
This exciting Project Manager position is important to manage middle/large-scaled CAPEX projects besides high quality project results to our internal clients (Upstream) to help them reach their strategic goals. As a key member of the Logistics/Upstream Program Management Team you will have the opportunity to work on some big projects in Hungary.
Your Main task would be managing and completing various projects within scope, budget and schedule, which includes:
Developing detailed work plan, supervising and controlling the entire project according to the approved plans
Checking the site activities (site handover, progress, technical handover, etc.)
Leading cross-functional project teams, managing stakeholders (e.g. Project Owners, contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc.), work together with Upstream project manager
Co-ordinating and monitoring related procurement and financial processes
Strict control of costs and risks
Carry-out change management
Making sure that the project documentation is up-to-date
Preparing reports, decision making materials
Requirements
Bsc/Msc in engineering (preferably mechanical / chemical / electrical engineering or high-level technical background)
3+ years of experience in managing industrial projects
Advanced English proficiency for technical and business communication
Advanced Hungarian is a must
Able to work on multiple focus points simultaneously
Outstanding ability in priorization among urgent tasks as well
Strong communication and problem-solving skills ('can do' attitude)
Felixibility, ability to adapt to changes
Collaborative approach in working with others
MS Office and MS Project skills and experience
