Are you passionate about digital marketing and want to make a visible impact in a dynamic retail business? MOL România is looking for a Senior Digital Operations Specialist in our Retail Marketing & Trade department to help us accelerate our digital presence, optimize campaigns, and turn insights into action.

What you'll do:

Drive and execute the digital marketing strategy for our retail business, aligned with MOL Group objectives; Coordinate the local digital content calendar and campaign rollout in collaboration with group teams and corporate communications

Manage and optimize all digital channels — including website, email, social media, paid media (SEM/SEO/display), and content marketing; Review, approve, and continuously optimize all social media plans developed by agencies, ensuring alignment with KPIs and campaign objectives

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create high-performing digital assets that comply with brand and toolkit guidelines; Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and support trade decisions

Propose smart, actionable campaigns that enhance results and stay within budget; Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and tools — always ready to test and adopt what’s new

Monitor competitors and extract local insights to inform strategy

Support and develop the use of digital signage in our station network; Ensure digital spend is aligned with OPEX and commercial objectives

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or campaign execution across multiple digital channels

English fluency (B2+)

Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM platforms, CMS tools, and email marketing systems

Experience working with or managing digital agencies, especially on social media campaign execution and performance tracking

Good analytical skills and a structured, hands-on approach, a team player who’s detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven; Up-to-dated with digital trends and consumer engagement tactics

A driver's license is an advantage (not mandatory)
