Key responsibilities:
Conduct customer analysis encompassing trends, payments, disputes, and on-account matters, proactively driving collections strategies based on this data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cash applications, invoicing, dispute, and sales, to expedite the resolution of customer issues.
Handle billing invoice generation and processing.
Perform regular self-assessments to ensure the effectiveness of OTC controls reaches 100%.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
Conduct revenue analysis, including customer service, and volume mix.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Previous accounting experience is highly desirable.
Proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Effective communication skills, capable of independent interaction with stakeholders through emails and telephone.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
Positive personal attributes, including confidence and a dedicated team player mentality.
Preferred: Familiarity with end-to-end accounts receivable processes and procedures.
Previous experience with the ERP systems and the IFS system is an added advantage.
