Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Matron to lead and supervise the nursing department, ensure quality patient care, and maintain nursing standards across hospital units.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing staff performance and discipline

Implement and monitor nursing protocols and SOPs

Coordinate with doctors and admin for smooth patient care

Conduct regular rounds, audits, and quality checks

Manage nursing rosters, leaves, and training schedules

Handle patient complaints related to nursing services

Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety compliance

Qualifications:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing with valid registration

5–10 years of hospital experience, with leadership role preferred

Strong clinical, managerial, and communication skills

Knowledge of NABH protocols and hospital operations
