Client Engagement Representative Vietnamese or English Speaker- Remote

About the Role:

Synapse Solution is looking for a confident and articulate professional fluent in Vietnamese or English to join our international team as a Client Engagement Representative. This remote, part-time position involves engaging with business clients, presenting our software products through live virtual demonstrations, and explaining their value clearly and professionally.

This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates in Business, IT for Business, Marketing, or Sales who are seeking international exposure and career growth in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in our software

Conduct remote, live product demonstrations tailored to client needs

Clearly communicate product features and business value

Maintain a professional and engaging presence during online meetings

Collaborate with international teams in a remote environment

Requirements:

Native or fluent Vietnamese or English speaker

Strong communication skills (spoken and written English preferred)

Confidence in presenting to business clients

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet)

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in one of the following:

IT for Business

Business Administration

Sales, Marketing, or related fields

Position Details:

Type: Part-Time Remote

Workload: Approx. 32 hours per month (about 2 hours/day, flexible schedule)

Location: Open to candidates residing in Vietnam
