Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced MJPJAY Coordinator to manage patient registration, documentation, claim processing, and coordination under the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MJPJAY) scheme at our Mira Road hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Register eligible patients under the MJPJAY scheme

Verify documents and ensure correct beneficiary identification

Coordinate with doctors, patients, and insurance team for pre-authorization

Upload and manage documents on MJPJAY portal

Track claim status, ensure timely submissions, and resolve rejections

Maintain patient records, reports, and MIS as required

Educate patients and families about scheme benefits and coverage

Coordinate with government authorities, if required

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Administration preferred)

1–3 years of experience in MJPJAY or any health insurance scheme

Knowledge of MJPJAY portal and hospital workflows

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)

Good communication and patient-handling skills
