Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the design Engineering team

Will be hands on in design 50% of the time and delegate work to the team the other 50% of the time

Will facilitate project hand offs with sales and oversee design reviews, stage-gates and release milestones

Key Requirements:

Will coach and develop the team

3+ years design leadership experience in equipment/machinery

3D CAD experience
