The Job
Our client is seeking a skilled Oracle HRMS Developer with deep expertise in Oracle technologies including Reports, Workflows, Forms, and the Oracle HRMS suite. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing HRMS components, developing reports, and extending functionality through user hooks, APIs, and OAF pages.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support Oracle HRMS customizations using Oracle Reports, Alerts, and Workflow Builder.
Work with Oracle HRMS standard objects such as views, tables, and standard packages.
Modify and enhance Oracle HRMS modules using standard APIs and Oracle Forms Builder.
Develop and maintain custom OAF pages integrated with Oracle HRMS.
Create and manage database components including views, synonyms, and grants.
Build and modify user hook packages to extend standard Oracle HRMS behavior.
Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform technical testing and documentation for developed components.
