Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be proficient in the use of computers including Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate well with all levels of associates
Primary Position Responsibilities:
Administer payroll & eTime tracking & maintenance including time card discrepancies
Reimbursements, adjustments, and pay rate changes
Cycle pay payments
Payroll related ADP issues
Terminate associates in ADP
Track missed punches
Tuition Reimbursements
Administer monthly attendance/Quality bonus
Processing TSTI's annual wage gap
Processing summer and winter bonus
track and administer corrective actions
manpower report
OT reports
Administering internal travel
Daily points report
Morning logging associate call offs
Book fair
HR counter/front desk coverage
HR clerical support
HR front desk questions/ADP app/ insurance enrollment
Scanning payroll forms into associate's files
Support Plantwides
Support interviews
Support car issues
Interpret/communicate TSTI's policies and procedures
HR projects as required
