The Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to bring creative visions to life through exceptional web experiences. You will work closely with our creative team to build responsive, high-performing websites and digital experiences for our diverse client roster, from e-commerce platforms to brand showcase sites.

What You Will Do

Build responsive, mobile-first websites using modern web technologies

Convert design mockups into functional, interactive web experiences

Develop custom WordPress themes and maintain client websites

Implement e-commerce solutions using Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom builds

Collaborate with designers and project coordinators on client deliverables

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across all devices What You Bring

4-6 years of professional web development experience

Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to clients

Professional demeanor and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design

Strong WordPress development skills including custom theme creation

Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and version control systems (Git)

Experience with build tools and preprocessors (Sass, Webpack, Gulp)

Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization

Agency experience required, especially with lifestyle brands
