Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Run/manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish

Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget

Maintain quality and safety standards

Mentor and manage team members

Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings

Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers

Develop site utilization and logistic plans

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Construction Superintendent:

Ground up commercial construction experience

3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent

Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software

This is a Colorado Springs based opportunity but some travel may be necessary. What's on Offer

Competitive salary & bonus opportunity based on experience

Competitive Base Salary ($82,500 - 127,000 dependent on experience)
