We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to join this high-impact initiative where your expertise will directly influence the future of the business. What You'll Do

Build Next-Generation Solutions: Design and develop sophisticated Salesforce applications that power critical business processes

Shape Technical Architecture: Transform business requirements into elegant, standards-compliant solution designs

Drive Project Success: Ensure development efforts align with strategic objectives while maintaining quality and timelines

Lead Quality Assurance: Oversee comprehensive testing strategies including unit, performance, integration, and user acceptance testing

Master the Full Lifecycle: Take ownership from initial analysis through deployment, working within established SDLC methodologies

Solve Complex Problems: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while optimizing system performance What You Bring

Strong Foundation: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience

Collaborative Mindset: Enthusiasm for pair programming and knowledge sharing

Deep Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years developing robust Salesforce applications with proven results

Integration Mastery: Hands-on experience with web services, API development, and system integrations

Technical Proficiency:

Expert-level SOQL, Apex, and VisualForce skills

Solid REST API experience

5+ years with Lightning frameworks (Aura and LWC)

5+ years building applications with object-oriented languages

5+ years working with relational databases and complex queries

Specialized Knowledge: Financial Service Cloud or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) experience highly valued

Professional Standards: Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred

Methodology Experience: 5+ years in professional SDLC environments (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)

Problem-Solving Excellence: Outstanding debugging and analytical capabilities

Team Leadership: Experience collaborating across large, diverse teams with business and technical stakeholders

Version Control: Proficiency with git and modern development workflows

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
