Customary Hours: 8:30am - 5pm (*Hours are extended when workload is increased.)
Position Summary:
The Data Analyst gathers, cleans, analyzes, and interprets data to uncover insights and help the agency make informed decisions. They will provide valuable insights that can improve business processes, solve problems, and guide strategic planning.
Experience and Skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial audits and analysis to support business decisions
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management
Develop financial models to project future revenues, expenditures, and profitability
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health
Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial data
Conduct detailed financial analysis of company data, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and investments
Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze data for financial decision-making
Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing valuable insights on financial projections
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required
Manage data input processes
Utilize various software systems to maximize analytical capabilities

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Willingness and ability to obtain other certifications as necessary Experience:
3-5 years of experience in data analytics, finance or corporate accounting Required Skills and Abilities:

Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work with individuals from all backgrounds with varying needs Technology and Compliance:
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (MS Suite, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise
Commitment to compliance and ethical standards
Experience with videoconferencing systems (e.g., Webex, Zoom, Teams, etc. Time Management and Organization:
Ensures accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all tasks
Works independently with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Manages workload effectively and delivers results in a timely manner
Meticulous attention to detail Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and see.
