The City of Branson is seeking a strategic and experienced Enterprise Programs Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of major citywide digital initiatives and enterprise software systems. As a key partner to city leadership and departments, you'll coordinate cross-functional collaboration, manage complex projects, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. From planning to post-implementation support, you'll play a critical role in enhancing Branson's operational efficiency and responsiveness to community needs.
What You'll Do
Lead enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation projects
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and communications
Serve as the primary liaison between vendors, IT, and City departments
Implement change management strategies to drive adoption and support
Design and lead training and support resources for new systems
Act as product owner post-implementation, ensuring long-term success Ready to Step into the Opportunity? Here is what we require.
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Project/Program Management, or a related field
10+ years of experience managing large-scale projects and system implementations
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with ERP, permitting systems, or municipal digital modernization

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The annual wage is $65,000. Candidates with experience beyond the minimum requirements may qualify for a higher starting salary.

WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
WORK LOCATION: City of Branson, Missouri; City Hall. This is an in-office position requiring work to be performed onsite.
