Job Description

Position Overview

Lead development of a modern surplus property management system for Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). Contract position requiring technical expertise and government compliance experience.

Contract Duration: 6-8 months (September 2025 - March 2026)

Location: Hybrid - Remote with regular onsite work in Atlanta, GA

Security: Criminal background check and reference check required

Contract Type: W-2 (must work exclusively for our company during contract period)

Key Responsibilities

Full-stack development of public website and internal application

Microsoft SharePoint/ASP.NET MVC development and architecture

Esri ArcGIS integration for property mapping and search

Mobile-responsive design with accessibility compliance

Direct collaboration with GDOT stakeholders and IT team

Government compliance with security and documentation standards Required Skills

Technical (Must Have)

Microsoft SharePoint development (5+ years)

ASP.NET MVC Framework (5+ years)

C# .NET development (5+ years)

SQL Server database design

JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5/CSS3

RESTful API development Preferred Experience

Esri ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Server, Hub)

Government contracting (federal, state, local)

Property management or real estate systems

Enterprise security and accessibility compliance Requirements

8+ years software development experience

3+ years government or enterprise project experience

US work authorization and ability to pass background check

Hybrid work flexibility (60% remote, 40% onsite Atlanta)
