Luxe Redux Bridal is a high-end, designer bridal boutique company that offers brides luxury, designer gowns at a discounted price. Currently, Luxe Redux Bridal consists of over a dozen brick-and-mortar locations in additional to a online presence!

At Luxe Brands, we know bridal retail is a unique and rewarding niche-and so are our hours. Unlike traditional retail, we don't require early mornings or late nights, and we're proud to be closed on major holidays-giving you time to recharge while big-box stores stay open.
Full-time Schedule Requirements:
Must have flexible availability to work five (5) days per week, averaging 40 hours.
Saturday and Sunday availability is required each week, along with three (3) weekdays.
Part-time Schedule Requirements:
Must have flexible availability to work three (3) days per week, averaging 24-28 hours.
Saturday and Sunday availability is required each week, along with one (1) weekdays.
Hourly Compensation: $14/hour, plus commission
Total potential earnings can reach up to $25-$32 an hour!

Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is required.
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or bridal.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with skills in upselling; experience from other industries will be considered.
Proficient in software such as POS systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
Strong English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds (e.g., mannequins, boxes, and gowns).
Reliable transportation is required.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of Google Drive.
Experience with Apple products and macOS systems.
Familiarity with commission-based compensation structures.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly goals.
