What began at 980 W Broad St as a neighborhood favorite has evolved into Milos Catering — and now, our flagship deli and bar in East Franklinton continues that legacy. POSITION OVERVIEW: We're hiring Bartenders who love hospitality, craft cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences. This is more than pouring drinks — it's about building a welcoming environment with great music, friendly service, and delicious food and drinks.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism Take and prepare food and beverage orders (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) Handle payments and operate the POS system Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar Follow all food, alcohol, and safety regulations Support daily bar operations, including opening/closing Work closely with management and teammates Contribute to a lively, positive atmosphere Additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: 21 years of age or older Flexible availability (day, night, weekends) Friendly, team-oriented attitude Eagerness to learn about beverages and service Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout your shift Cash handling experience a plus
