Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various means such as calls and emails to introduce our insurance services.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals set by management through strategic sales efforts and determined follow-ups.
Plan Customization: Develop personalized insurance plans for clients, ensuring that each plan meets individual client needs and preferences.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.
Market Analysis: Keep informed about the latest trends in the insurance industry to proactively address client needs and expectations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by understanding client concerns and providing appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
Licensing: Valid Illinois Property & Casualty License is a must.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
Customer-Focused: Strong ability to understand and meet customer needs, providing an inviting and positive experience.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and offer tailored solutions to clients.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance team performance and foster a positive work environment.
