Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations in our fast-paced digital printing facility, including receiving, inventory management, WIP (Work in Progress), picking, overstock moves, staging, and shipping. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely movement of materials to production, and achieving operational efficiency while leading a team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and experience managing warehouse functions in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, WIP staging, picking, and shipping.

Manage, coach, and develop warehouse team leads and staff to achieve operational goals.

Ensure accurate and efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing goods.

Maintain accurate inventory control, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Develop and implement warehouse procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Monitor and manage WIP flow to ensure production deadlines are met.

Ensure proper documentation of inventory movements and adherence to company systems.

Enforce safety standards, cleanliness, and organization in all warehouse areas.

Track and report key metrics such as inventory accuracy, shipping accuracy, and productivity.

Recommend process improvements to drive operational excellence and cost savings.

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in warehouse management, preferably within apparel, digital printing, or manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and WIP processes.

Experience with warehouse management systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Ability to solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.Company Description
