Pay Rate: $21/hour (W2)
The Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for users seeking IT support, delivering exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues. This role involves answering calls, documenting incidents, and troubleshooting enterprise software, hardware, and system-related problems. Agents are responsible for diagnosing, resolving, or escalating issues quickly, ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires 2–5 years of experience in a fast-paced technical environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
