Successful medical supply company located in Buffalo Grove has an immediate opportunity to join their Customer Service team.

Duties:

Log in and ready to take customer calls immediately at the beginning of each day

Maintain company's high standards of customer service as it relates to phone and internet orders by maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing errors

Handle customer complaints in a concerned, sympathetic tone within a timely manner

Investigate complaints and determine best practices to prevent similar issues in the future

Log detailed records of customer interactions regarding complaints, returns and other concerns on customer’s account

Troubleshoot with customers who have questions using website

Display enthusiasm and willingness to develop in all areas of customer service by gaining knowledge and skill

Familiarize with products and utilize catalog/internet to find products for customers

Follow department and company procedures

Handle off the phone projects as assigned

Requirements:

Knowledge of dentistry and/or dental supplies a huge plus!

2+ years of customer service experience

Bachelor’s Degree a plus

PC proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Strong oral and written communication skills

Organizational skills, with the ability to gather, organize and clearly present detailed information
