About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at Forrest's Point S Tire Service as an Automotive Mechanic! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering top-notch automotive service to our valued customers while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including alignments, and front-end part replacement.
Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment and suggest appropriate repairs.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and options clearly.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and new repair techniques.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet shop goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive mechanic.
ASE certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Salary will be based on experience
