Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and management of office records
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
Assist in the maintenance of filing systems, both electronic and physical
Answer and route phone calls promptly and professionally
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
