Description:
Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Senior Program / Project / Management Analyst (Contingent upon Award) to provide high-level support for Electronic Warfare (EW) program management activities under NAVAIR. The role requires demonstrated expertise in acquisition lifecycle management, strategic communications, and the analysis of complex defense program data.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply advanced analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives.
Analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules in support of acquisition and life cycle management.
Perform detailed management, technical, and business case analyses.
Collect, organize, complete, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon systems, and product acquisition programs.
Track program/project status and schedules using earned value management and planning tools.
Assist leadership in formulating and delivering strategic messaging and required reports.
Develop and submit briefing materials on behalf of the Program Office.
Support the IPT lead in engaging industry partners and aligning communications with Program Office strategic goals.
Manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and support multiple simultaneous projects.
Serve as a qualified professional in technical writing and strategic communications.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree (MA/MS) in a related field.
Experience: Over 10 years of combined experience in program/project/management analysis roles.
Minimum of 5 years successfully managing technology development Electronic Warfare (EW) programs.
At least 10 years of experience in NAVAIR program management and analysis.
Minimum of 6 years (within the last 10) in roles focused on planning and analysis.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in program status reporting, earned value management, scheduling, and strategic reporting.
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance required.
