Your Role as a Tool Room Coordinator
As a Tool Room Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our field teams by managing tools and small equipment essential to jobsite productivity and safety. Reporting to the Field Services Support Manager (FSSM), you'll ensure our teams have the right tools, in the right condition, at the right time.
What You'll Do
Process Tool Requests: Accurately manage tool/equipment orders, deliveries, and returns.
Support Field Operations: Work closely with the FSSM to meet project needs and ensure timely delivery of tools.
Maintain Accuracy: Keep detailed records of tool movement, condition, and usage instructions.
Coordinate Repairs: Arrange service or disposal of damaged tools and ensure readiness for redeployment.
Inventory Oversight: Assist with scheduled tool inventory counts and audits.
Ensure Readiness: Confirm that all tools have necessary components and operating instructions.
Optimize Logistics: Help identify the most efficient methods for tool shipments and returns.
What You Bring to the Table
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical tools and equipment.
Prior experience supporting field operations or warehouse/tool logistics is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication in English.
Problem-Solving: Ability to assess and resolve issues with minimal standardization.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tool orders and paperwork.

Mathematical & Physical Requirements
Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) including metric conversions.
Must be able to safely maneuver in warehouse and construction site environments.
