Job Description
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will create compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms, supporting marketing efforts and event execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to design assets that enhance brand identity and engage audiences.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and design creative assets for event marketing, including conference branding, signage, presentation slides, and onsite guides.
• Create visually appealing data-driven graphics such as charts, infographics, and templates for social media campaigns.
• Design and organize content for reports, publications, certificates, and awards, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Collaborate on brand management initiatives by developing style guides, logos, and maintaining brand standards.
• Manage and organize a comprehensive library of design assets, including logos, typography, and brand colors.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to discuss project objectives and execute design strategies effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects, including native files, while meeting tight deadlines when needed.
• Provide constructive feedback and advice on existing templates and design elements to enhance their effectiveness.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and experience designing logos and brand style guides.
• Experience with digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively while working in a collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills for managing design assets and meeting project deadlines.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
