Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hybrid Solutions Center Representative to join our retirement services team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible schedule that combines the benefits of working from our Columbus office with the convenience of working from home. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with essential support and guidance on their retirement accounts and helping them navigate their financial futures.
Key Responsibilitie
Handle incoming calls from clients with questions about their retirement accounts, including 401(k)s, IRAs, and pension plans.
Provide accurate and clear information regarding account balances, investment choices, and withdrawal procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with professionalism and empathy, escalating more complex situations to senior staff when necessary.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or a financial services environment is a plus, but not required. We offer comprehensive training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
