Summary/Objective

HTE Technologies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tavoron. The region’s leading industrial productivity services company has been serving the manufacturing and processing industries with equipment and services, including compressed air, vacuum, blowers, and cooling water systems. We continue to grow and need an additional full-time air compressor service technician. We currently have an opportunity for a senior field-service technician who wants to succeed in a long-term career with us. This position blends your electrical and mechanical aptitudes.

Essential functions

Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install all types of air compressors, air dryers, and filters.

Firsthand experience with rotary screw compressors and compressed air dryers.

Read prints, wiring schematics, and diagrams for all various equipment.

Handle and direct customers with a sense of pride and professionalism.

Refrigeration experience is a plus

HVAC and EPA certification is a plus.

Overtime and travel may be required.

Supervisory responsibilities

None

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or repair of mechanical and electrical systems.

Demonstrated experience with air compressors and refrigeration systems is essential.

Electrical Experience

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Efficiency and accuracy

Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Certifications:Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or equipment servicing are an advantage.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred education and experience

· 3-5 years of previous rotary screw air compressors and related equipment.

· Troubleshooting skills are a necessity.

· High School or Vocational School Mechanical program preferred.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
