Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide exceptional care in a 30-bed surgical care unit. You will care for patients recovering from a wide range of surgical and post-surgical conditions in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centered nursing care and participate in patient/family education.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions using electronic health records.
Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Maintain cultural and diversity awareness in all interactions.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or a valid Multistate Compact License.
Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from a recognized provider.Company Description
