Job Summary:

The Mutual Funds Wealth Management Branch Service Professional will deliver industry-leading service to Client branch personnel. The role involves providing inbound call support on mutual funds and 529 plans, troubleshooting order issues, assisting with account-related requests, and ensuring compliance with firm policies. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of performing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide world-class customer service to branch and field-facing counterparts

Handle a high volume of inbound calls and requests in a fast-paced environment

Troubleshoot mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries

Assist with mutual fund journal requests

Deliver and review 529 plan options and procedures

Apply firm policies and procedures to 529 account opening and maintenance

Provide documentation and guidance for new account openings, broker-dealer changes, and rollover requests

Required Skills:

Financial services experience required; mutual fund knowledge preferred

Inbound call handling experience is essential

Strong interpersonal and client service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High attention to detail and sound judgment

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Ability to research and resolve service inquiries independently or escalate appropriately

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated team player with the ability to thrive in a high-activity environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 529 plans and mutual fund trading systems

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
