Job Purpose:
The Front Desk (Data Entry Specialist) is responsible for greeting and screening all visitors and directing them to correct employees or staff members, ensure accurate measures are taken in assisting with administrative tasks while presenting a comprehensible understanding of basic software, but not limited to other deemed necessary by assigned supervisor.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:
Provide occasional administrative support
Operate common office equipment, like phones, scanner, printers, laptops
Create reports from pulling data from different sources
Ensure accuracy on all data
Ability to research, collect data, and organize
Answer and direct all phone calls respectively
Run reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and provide to HR and management team
Greet and provide guidance to all office guests
Assist with employee engagement activities and advertising as needed

Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & Word
