Job Responsibilities:

Process daily Duty Statement/ACH payments and related documentation

Perform general office tasks including phone support, data entry, filing, scanning, and document prep

Track inbound cargo and ensure timely filing of entries to avoid demurrage or storage fees

Manage warehouse withdrawals and related documentation via ABI transmission

Prepare and file customs entries by collecting and classifying documentation, submitting transmissions, meeting OGA requirements, and communicating status to clients

Confirm client account profiles and ensure compliance with customer-specific instructions

Refer complex classification questions to supervisors for review

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; some college preferred

Import logistics experience required

Experience in customs brokerage and clearance with multiple government agencies highly preferred

CargoWise experience highly preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with ABI, FDA systems, and import documentation is beneficial

Excellent math skills and ability to calculate duty rates, entered values, and exchange rates

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
