Responsibilities
Check with the building manager.
Review red book with building manager.
If complaint, check on area or complaint.
Note comments for corrective action.
Review day porter performances and special project work.
Tenant visitation.
Inspect daily designated area.
Report equipment problems to main office.
Complete required paperwork, including daily payroll.
Prepare for evening shift.
Prepare special projects, complaints or special requests.
Instruct supervisors.
Distribute special projects to supervisor.
Uniform or I.D. problems.
Keys inventory.
Inform area manager of empty space or moving tenants.
Supply inventory.
Check tenants’ communication books.
Check special projects, complaints, or special requests for completion.
Identify and correct unsafe work practices.
Evaluate employees' performance.
Take disciplinary action.
Enforce security and safety.
Complete quality control form, weekly.
Qualifications
• MUST ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.• Must be able to PASS A DRUG and BACKGROUND SCREENING.
• Must be able to READ ENGLISH.
• Must be over 18 years of age.• Must have reliable form of transportation.
