Senior IT Business Analyst (Controlling)

Main responsibilities:

Creating process mining analyzes on the Celonis platform, mainly based on SAP and other transactional data.

Presentation of analyzes and reports to business partners, even participation in workshops.

Occasional development and maintenance of Power BI reports.

Business analyst support on the IT side: clarification of documentation, administrative tasks, business needs.

Creating SQL queries for information search and analysis purposes.

Cooperation with the various business units of the company group, mainly within the framework of the IT subsidiary.

Gathering, coordinating, documenting and communicating business requirements.

Preparation of feasibility studies and business decision support materials.

Participation in the development of functional specifications, test cases and acceptance criteria.

Participation in integration and user testing, tracking bugs and coordinating fixes.

Main requirements:

MSc degree in a business or IT focused field.

At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (working with data, creating BI reports, analyzing processes).

Minimum B2 level English language skills.

IT affinity, independent work in SQL.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Structured way of thinking, analytical approach.

Ability to cooperate, stakeholder management experience.

Advantage: Celonis, Power BI, Excel experience, Experience gained in a multinational environment, proficiency in working with large data sets, Knowledge of ERP systems and business applications, Knowledge of Microsoft Analytics and cloud-based solutions (e.g. Azure).
