Job Description
We are seeking a TAM (Technology Alignment Manager) and backup IT Level 1 Technician in our team!
A Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) ensures a company's IT infrastructure aligns with its business goals and industry best practices. They act as a bridge between technical execution and strategic business outcomes, often working with a Virtual CIO (vCIO). Key responsibilities include conducting technical assessments, identifying risks, and driving remediation efforts to improve efficiency, security, and overall IT performance. Secondary role is be Level 1 IT Technician
Responsibilities:
.Technical Assessments
Conduct regular assessments of client IT environments to identify gaps and areas for improvement against established standards and best practices.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and ensure alignment with technical solutions
Documentation and Standardization
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client environments, contribute to the development of standards libraries, and ensure consistency across the organization.
Strategic Planning
Collaborate with the vCIO to develop and support long-term technology roadmaps that align with business objectives.
Technical Expertise
Maintain a deep understanding of various technologies, including servers, networking, cloud solutions, and security protocols.
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT Services related field
IT Level 1 Technician
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
