Line Cook
Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven line cook to work in a team oriented fast paced environment and also handle the pressures of cooking Saturday breakfast. Experience a must.
Must be able to focus and complete tasks in a timely manner maintaining high quality and standards set by the chef
Able to follow instruction, recipes, maintain portion controls, and ensure proper food safety and sanitation in a high-pressure environment while making and plating high quality food and getting it out in a timely manner
Food preparation consists of cold and hot items, raw entrée, sauces, dressings, and any items needed for service
Work with farm fresh organic ingredients and changing seasonal/weekly/daily menu items.
Position Details:
This position requires handling seasonal menu changes, special requests and dietary restrictions. Regularly required to stand, and must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
This is a Full Time position with a starting pay range of $10-$15.
