Cable Assembly Technician – Soldering Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cable Assembly Technicians with a focus on soldering. The core responsibility will be soldering connectors (“pins”) to wire ends with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. Team members will be trained in a variety of cable assembly processes and expected to contribute to our weekly production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Solder wires and connectors (pins) using industry-standard tools and techniques

Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings

Maintain quality and consistency in solder joints and finished assemblies

Track personal production to meet or exceed weekly goals

Participate in cross-training and continual skill development

Work collaboratively in a clean, organized, and safety-conscious environment

What We’re Looking For:

Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Willingness to learn and improve continuously

Prior experience in soldering or electronics assembly is a plus (but not required)

Steady hands and visual focus for precision work

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
