Summary

As an In Home Caregiver at Blesseded Hands Home-Care, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position is essential in helping individuals maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs and preferences.

Monitor vital signs and report any changes in client health status.

Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.

Support clients with developmental disabilities and autism through tailored activities and support.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care progress.

Transportation assistance -taking clients to/from appointments/errands

Requirements

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role (At least one year of caregiving experience is required)

Knowledge of hospice care, developmental disabilities, Dementia care, experience with ADL support is highly valued.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families and office staff.

Ability to develop care plans that address individual client needs.

Understanding of resident rights and ethical considerations in caregiving.

Caregiver must have a valid driver's license and car insurance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
